Pisang Goreng

Last week, we went back to "Kampung" ( small village) again. My mom-in-law is so smart because she always create any new recipe by using all the ingredients from her garden. We fried "Pisang Goreng" ( fried banana by coated a layer of flour mix with egg) which known as an Asia favourite snack, it had been such a long time I didn't eat this snack. My hubby and Nelson love to eat "Pisang Goreng" so much.
